A flat pass is a type of pass in soccer where the ball is kicked along the ground with minimal height, usually used for short to medium distance passes. This type of pass is often used to maintain possession and keep the ball moving quickly. On the other hand, a lofted pass is a type of pass where the ball is kicked with a higher trajectory, allowing it to travel over opponents or obstacles. This type of pass is often used for longer distances or to bypass defenders and reach a teammate further up the field. Similarly, life can feel like it passes quickly when we are busy and focused on our goals, but it can also feel slow and monotonous during difficult times. Ultimately, our perception of time and life passing quickly is subjective and can vary from person to person. **
